Refund Policy

La Habra City Little League 2021 Refund Policy for All Divisions, Except 50/70 and Senior Divisions

Please note that our non-profit, 100% volunteer run league incurs most of its costs at the beginning of the season.

The league registration fee 2nd payment will only be charged once we begin playing games. Games are scheduled to begin the week of March 7, 2021. In the event the spring season is delayed due to the pandemic, we will proceed with a baseball academy, under the current youth sports guidelines allowed by the city, county, and state, until we are allowed to begin playing games.

If we are not allowed to begin playing games by April 10, 2021, the league registration fee 2nd payment will not be charged and we will proceed with a baseball academy for the remainder of the spring season under the current youth sports guidelines allowed by the city, county, and state.

In the event we begin playing games, but game play is discontinued due to the pandemic:

If game play is discontinued within seven days of beginning game play, a $50 refund of the league registration fee 2nd payment will be issued for all divisions.

If game play is discontinued after seven days of beginning game play, no refund will be issued for all divisions.

We will transition to a baseball academy. The academy will continue until we are allowed to resume games. If we are not allowed to resume games, the academy will continue for the remainder of the season under the current youth sports guidelines allowed by the city, county, and state.

Volunteer background check fees are non-refundable.

Team sponsorships are non-refundable.

Money collected by the team parent for team functions is non-refundable.

Please note that our non-profit, 100% volunteer run league incurs most of its costs at the beginning of the season.

Games are scheduled to begin on or about May 1, 2021.

In the event the spring season is delayed due to the pandemic, we will proceed with a baseball academy, under the current youth sports guidelines allowed by the city, county, and state, until we are allowed to begin playing games.

If we are not allowed to begin playing games by May 15, 2021, a $75 refund of Senior Division league registration fee will be issued and we will proceed with a baseball academy for the remainder of the spring season under the current youth sports guidelines allowed by the city, county, and state. Players will not receive a basic photo packet, a baseball cap, and a La Habra uniform shirt.

In the event we begin playing games, but game play is discontinued due to the pandemic:

 

If game play is discontinued within seven days of beginning game play, a $25 refund of the league registration fee will be issued.

If game play is discontinued after seven days of beginning game play, no refund will be issued.

We will transition to a baseball academy. The academy will continue until we are allowed to resume games. If we are not allowed to resume games, the academy will continue for the remainder of the season under the current youth sports guidelines allowed by the city, county, and state.
